When we started our diet plan along with regular workout, his weight was 89 kg which has now reduced to 77 kg.
He was also suffering from hypothyroidism for many years but he managed to bring his tsh level from 25 to 5.
Although a vegetarian, his passion for health and fitness made him adopt non vegetarian diet.
His vigour, passion and enthusiasm in the fitness journey has been commendable.
